Harrigan Learning Center and Museum
Unlock a world of knowledge, Journey into discovery begins at the Harrigan Learning Center and Museum.

The museum was established in 2016.
The museum is a lifetime collection that Tom Harrigan put together. The results he now shares with you.
We have 33 Display cases. The following is just an example of what you will find when you come in. There are trilobites, fossil fish, interesting carvings, dinosaur tracks, pieces of dinosaur eggshells, Indian artifacts, artifacts from other places in the world, lots of different minerals, geodes, and a glass sponge, just to mention a few.
We also have an amazing fluorescent mineral show in a dark room that everybody enjoys. Words can't describe the beauty and amazement that the visitors experience.
The museum has antlers of moose, deer, caribou, and spike elk, a six-foot carved war shield and spears from New Guinea. There are 20 tables with exhibits. A few examples of them are Geisha girls, double sided embroidery and Maine fossil rocks.
We also have some hand on activities for children.
